Claudia Gibson’s latest album The Fields of Chazy – produced by legendary Texas songwriter Walt Wilkins – features tales of Quebecois farmers, female outlaws, Old World immigrants and restless spirits. Claudia’s songwriting skills have brought her recognition as a Kerrville New Folk finalist, invites to songwriting festivals and competitions, and 1st place in the Woody Guthrie Songwriting Contest.

An Austin,Texas resident, Claudia’s musical style runs the gamut of her past musical experience – with folk at its core, but also including elements of rock, classical, bluegrass, Celtic and R&B – creating a sound that is solely her own.
