The Bleeding Heart Confessionals were born out of the want to get back to the root of why we all wanted to play music in first place – one of the founders of The Band of Heathens, Colin Brooks and Ben Jones from Beat Root Revival, with the amazing Harmoni Kelley (Kenny Chesney, Radney Foster) and Ashlyn Shanafelt from The Reverent Few, a supergroup of sorts, mixing all their funky, rootsy sounds together in a musical melting pot.
