In a career spanning more than 20yrs and almost as many releases singer/songwriter/slide guitarist Tom Gillam has been creating a sound unlike most others in the Americana genre.Calling Texas his home since 2008 Gillam has toured the world and treated audiences to his heartfelt lyrics, his smooth vocal delivery and bombastic guitar style.He was a founding member of Austin’s (and Saxon favorite) The Drakes who he still plays with occasionally, a member of US Rails with whom he tours Europe regularly, his own solo projects and for the last 10 years he has been the voice of ” The Americana Morning Show” on New Braunfels radio 92.1 KNBT-FM.
