Helmed by Shinyribs keyboardist and Tomar and the FCs alum Eric Baker and guitarist and producer Michael Blake, this songwriting vehicle is anything but what your expect from a 4 piece indie-rock band. Drawing musical inpration everywhere from art pop icons of the 60s, ripping piano blues, and even theatrically of 1920’s New Orlean’s ragtime, Wrongbird balances the lyricism of “tounge in cheek” humor with raw sincerity. In addition to their firey live show, they have released a full length LP Epitome of the Opposite (2016), a follow up EP Who is Wrongbird? (2018), and are primed to be releasing their sophomore album in 2024.”
